At the Landesgymnasium für Musik, a special timetable applies. In order to create more space for the musical education, the number of secondary school lessons is shortened in years 7-10. The lessons thus saved are postponed to year 10II, so that all contents comparable to the regular secondary schools will have been taught by the end of year 10II. Therefore, our students attend school for 13 years before they take their A-level exam.

For this reason, adapted curricula, that take the stretching of school time into consideration, are in force for years 7-10II.
